Email is our only form of communication. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a reply. This ensures the best clarity and record keeping for all communications. We will reply to your emails as soon as possible and in the order they are received. Thank you for your understanding!

1. Program Structure

The mentorship program consists of six (6) one-on-one online sessions, delivered over a mutually agreed timeframe. Sessions are scheduled in advance with the participant.

2. Payment Options and Discounts

• Full Payment in Advance: Participants who pay the full program fee upfront receive a 15% discount.

• Two Installments: Participants may pay in two installments: the first installment due before the start of the mentorship, and the second installment due after the third session. A 10% discount applies for this option.

• Pay-As-You-Go: Participants may choose to pay before each session individually. No discounts are available under this payment method.

• Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are not available once a session has been conducted.

• Participants may cancel the mentorship after the first session if it is not a good match. All monies will be refunded minus the sessions that have already been delivered.

• If Maya Kriem cancels a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or a full refund will be issued if the entire mentorship must be canceled.

• Participants are asked to notify Maya Kriem at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule a session. One session will be happily rescheduled per mentorship if notice is given 24 hours prior.

• If a session is missed due to illness or other circumstances without 24 hours’ notice, rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Professional Disclaimer

• The mentorship program is for personal and/or professional development purposes only.

• It does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Participants should seek qualified professional guidance for any such concerns.

5. Liability and Indemnity

• Participants agree that Maya Kriem is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from participation in the mentorship, including personal, professional, or financial outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

All discussions and materials shared during the mentorship are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without participant consent, except as required by law.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Participants agree that any dispute arising in connection with the mentorship will first be addressed amicably through discussion or mediation.

• If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and lodged within its jurisdiction.

8. Scheduling and Participation Requirements

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• Participants are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule a session. One session may be rescheduled per mentorship with proper notice. Missed sessions without notice may be rescheduled at Maya Kriem’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

• Participants must have the following technical requirements to attend live online sessions:

A stable internet connection capable of supporting video calls.
A device with audio and video capabilities (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
Access to the video conferencing platform specified by Maya Kriem (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
Basic familiarity with using the platform, including joining sessions, muting/unmuting, and enabling video.
A quiet and private space suitable for focused participation.

• Maya Kriem is not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant’s side that prevent session attendance.
