We have the right to cancel any travel program prior to departure or to increase prices where the costs shall rise.
Please note: Because we partially based prices on a minimum number of guests, a surcharge not to exceed $250USD may be added if that minimum isn’t reached.
IMMERSION SCHEDULE & TRAVEL INFORMATION:
All our Moroccan Immersions begin in the city of Errachidia on Wednesday (Immersion Day 1), where we gather as a group before journeying to the desert town of Tinejdad. After 6 nights in Tinejdad, we travel to our desert camp for a three-night stay before returning to Errachidia on a Friday (Immersion Day 10).

The participant agrees that they are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to arrive in Errachidia by Wednesday morning (Immersion Day 1).

The remote location of the Immersion is one of its most special features - it creates a rare opportunity to disconnect, slow down, and step fully into the desert's rhythms. While reaching Errachidia requires some planning, it is well worth the journey.

To make travel easier, there are direct flights from Morocco's three major cities, and from late October, a direct flight from Paris Orly to Errachidia becomes available.

Direct Flights to Errachidia (Moulay Ali Cherif Airport):
Casablanca: Daily (Late-night arrival)
Rabat: Wednesday and Fridays (morning arrival)
Marrakech: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays (afternoon arrivals)
Paris Orly: Tuesdays (from late October)

Early Arrival in Errachidia: Participants arriving in Errachidia the day before the Immersion begins (e.g. from Marrakech or Casablanca) may take advantage of a complimentary hotel transfer and one night's accommodation. They agree to notify us in writing (hello@mayakriem.com) as soon as they book their flights so we can make the appropriate reservations. Meals and gratuities are not included, unless part of an overnight package.

Late Departure from Errachidia: For participants departing Errachidia late on Friday or the following day, we also offer a complimentary airport transfer and one night's accommodation. They agree to notify us in writing (hello@mayakriem.com) as soon as they book their tickets. Meals and gratuities are not included, unless part of an overnight package.

Important Note About Joining After The Immersion Has Began and/or Leaving Before The Immersion Has Concluded:
-
To maintain the integrity of the experience, the Immersions are structured so that all participants begin and conclude the program together.
-
It is extremely difficult to join the Immersion after it has begun.
-
It is possible to leave before the Immersion has concluded, however, the participant agrees that they will be responsible for making their own arrangements from the moment they decide to leave the program.
-
The participants also agrees that they will be responsible for all costs associated with joining in late (if approved) or leaving early. If they feel this may be necessary, the participant agrees to contact us before they book their Immersion (hello@mayakriem.com) or while they are at the Immersion.
-
The participant agrees that once they make a decision to leave early and not complete the itinerary as planned, they assume all risks inherent in their decision to leave and waive all liability against Maya Kriem arising from the decision.

VISAS AND PASSPORTS:

The participant agrees that they are responsible for obtaining and purchasing any visas and travel documents required for entry, departure or transit through all countries involved in the journey. This includes any medical and legal requirements specified by the laws of each country.

Visa requirements are trip-specific and it is each participant’s responsiblity to be aware of and comply with these requirements. All international Immersions require a passport, which must be valid for at least 6 months after the start date of the Immersion. The timelines for obtaining visas and passports vary and may exceed 3 months, so early preparation is essential.

The participant agrees that Maya kriem will not be held liable and will not issue refunds for participants who are denied boarding, entry or transit due to missing, expired or insufficient travel documentation. We strongly encourage participants to verify all requirements well in advance to ensure a smooth and harmonious journey.

SAFETY:

Please be aware that during the course of any of our Immersions, there could be conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to: inherent risks of traveling in undeveloped locations; the risks associated with transportation; forces of nature or inclement weather; social unrest; criminal or terrorist acts; and medical conditions that arise where adequate healthcare facilities or services are not available and cannot be accessed within a critical time frame for appropriate treatment.

We recommend that all participants make themselves aware of the inherent risks and dangers of international destinations. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, always consult the official travel advisory resources of your home country before planning your trip.

The participant agrees that while we will make every effort to ensure the safety and security of our participants, Maya Kriem and its associates are not responsible for any physical, psychological, emotional or other impact, reaction, trauma or ailment experienced during or after the Immersion that participants may experience at the sites or from any speakers, workshops, or sessions of any kind.
Additionally, the participant agrees that Maya Kriem is not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss or damage of person or personal property caused by any means whatsoever.

Maya Kriem Soulful Immersions are intended for personal growth and spiritual exploration and are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health support, or counselling.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE:

Participants in need of special assistance during our Immersions agree to inform Maya Kriem staff of their specific needs at the time of booking.

The participant agrees that while we will do our best to accommodate all special needs requests, we cannot be held responsible for denial of services by any external/independent providers, including but not limited to, hotels, restaurants, cultural sites, airlines, and other transportation companies.

The participant agrees that any personal assistance required - including, but not limited to, dining, walking, or boarding and disembarking from buses, boats, airplanes and other vehicles - remains their responsibility. Furthermore, we will try to accommodate special dietary, rooming, and seating requests, but these accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: Not all sightseeing attractions offer wheelchair access and some locations/activities required a good level of fitness as they involve extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, occasionally on unpaved surfaces, and camel riding. The participant agrees that Maya Kriem cannot be held accountable for any activities missed as a result of individual physical limitations. Facilities and services for people with disability may be unavailable in certain destinations, and some forms of transportation might not accommodate special needs.

LANGUAGE OF DELIVERY:

The participant acknowledges that all Maya Kriem Soulful Immersions are conducted in English. Where local facilitators or cultural guides are involved and do not speak English, an interpreter will be present to ensure that the content and experiences are delivered in English for the benefit of all participants.

INCLUSIONS

The participant agrees to the following inclusions...
ACCOMMODATION & ROOMING:
Pricing is based on double occupancy in the accommodations outlined in the program schedule (or equivalent). Upon registering you are welcome to nominate a preferred roommate if travelling with a friend. If you are travelling alone, we will be happy to pair you with a suitable roommate.
Rooms usually offer a mix of bedding options, most often one double bed and one or more single beds. We invite roommates to decide together how best to arrange their sleeping spaces. To keep things fair and comfortable for everyone, we encourage rotating beds - switching between the double and the single every two days when linens are refreshed - so that each guest has the opportunity to enjoy the larger bed.

For those who prefer more privacy, a small number of private rooms may be available for an additional fee. These are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
MEALS & DIETARY NEEDS:
Meals are thoughtfully prepared and provided as outline in the final trip itinerary and include non-alcoholic beverages served with meals. The Immersion cost per person covers only the food and drinks offered to the group. The participant agrees that any additional items they choose to purchase beyond what is provided will be at their own expense.

The participant agrees to inform us upon registering of any specific dietary needs. We will do our best to honour their requirements with the ingredients that are available locally and we will always be open and transparent if something cannot be fully accommodated.

GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are included for services during the land portion of the Immersion; this includes wait staff at included meals, gratuities for site visit guides, and bus drivers. All other gratuities are discretionary.

IMMERSION ACTIVITIES:
Workshops, guided meditations and activities facilitated by Maya Kriem and associates.
All cultural demonstrations and hands-on workshops and experiences and all other activities and excursions specifically outlined in the final itinerary.

SIGHTSEEING:
As specified in the final itinerary. Entrance fees, guided tour fees and associated gratuities are included.
LAND TRANSPORTATION:
By modern air-conditioned bus and jeeps.

To ensure ease of travel and comfort for all, we ask that each participant bring only one suitcase. Our bus has limited space, and this helps us move smoothly together as a group.

CULTURAL CONSIDERATIONS: CLOTHING AND ATTIRE

We will be welcomed into a warm and generous desert community that is also traditional and conservative. Out of respect for our hosts and the land, we ask that participants dress modestly and in a way that honours local customs, while keeping you cool and comfortable.

-
Sleeveless and short sleeve tops and long shorts are welcome.
-
Loose, light fabric (cotton, linen) are ideal in the desert sun.
-
Please avoid cropped tops that reveal the belly, bare backs, plunging necklines, and very short shorts, skirts and dresses.
-
Swimwear is for the pool area only. Outside the pool area, please cover up with a light dress, sarong or long shirt.
-
While visiting villages, sacred sites or meeting local families, please bring a scarf or shawl to cover shoulders and chest.

SACRED CONTAINER - ALCOHOL, SMOKING & SUBSTANCES:

Each one of our Immersions iss held within a sacred, high vibration container. To protect the integrity of this space, the Immersion is alcohol, drug, smoke, and vape-free. If you choose to smoke or vape, you agree to do it privately (as allowed by local regulations and policies) and away from the group and our shared spaces and activities.

TECHNOLOGY USE:

To allow presence and minimise 'tech pollution,' we invite you to keep mobile phone use to a minimum during our time together.
The participant agrees to place their mobile device(s) on airplane mode or switch them off during morning grounding & energy activation sessions as well as all workshop sessions.

RIGHT TO REMOVE:

To honour the safety and flow of the journey, Maya Kriem may, with care and discernment, ask a participant to step back from the program if it becomes clear - before or during the Immersion - that they are unsuitable for the experience and their not in alignment with the group. Unsuitability may include, but is not limited to: actions that contravene or show disrespect to local laws and customs, behaviour that causes disruption, discomfort or danger to fellow participants or staff, or any conduct deemed inappropriate prior to or during the Immersion.
To ensure the journey unfolds with care for all, participants are asked to share any known medical conditions, illnesses, or disabilities at the time of booking and before final payment is made. If a condition is not disclosed, or is understated in a way that may affect the immersion, we may, with compassion and discernment, withdraw the participant from the program. Should a traveller become unwell or injured during the immersion, Maya Kriem may, at its discretion, arrange the support or care it feels is necessary. For peace of mind, we warmly encourage all participants to hold comprehensive travel insurance to cover any medical needs that may arise during the journey.
The participant agrees that in the rare event that they are asked to leave the Immersion, monies already paid will not be refunded and Maya Kriem will not be held liable to for any expenses that may arise as a result of their departure. With the wellbeing of the group in heart and mind, Maya Kriem and its affiliates reserve the right to decline or withdraw participation if an individual’s health, mental state, physical condition, or behaviour is found to compromise the flow of the journey or the safety, welfare, and enjoyment of others.
By choosing to join a Maya Kriem Soulful Immersion, the participant agrees that they do so at their own risk and expense.
With care for the sacredness of the work, Maya Kriem also reserves the right to decline business with anyone at its discretion.
DISPUTES:
The participant agrees that, in the event a dispute arises, written notification must be sent by email (hello@mayakriem.com) within 30 days of the completion of the Immersion to which the claim relates.
The participant agrees that any such dispute will be lodged in the state of Victoria, Australia, and governed by applicable Australian state and federal laws.

The participant further agrees to seek resolution through mediation and to make every effort to resolve the matter amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS:
Every effort is made to ensure that the information provided in Maya Kriem Soulful Immersion materials—including itineraries, schedules, and program details—is accurate and up to date. However, unintentional errors, printing mistakes, or changes beyond our control may occur.
The participant agrees that we are not responsible for such errors or omissions and will do our best to promptly correct or clarify any inaccuracies brought to our attention. Should adjustments be necessary, participants will be informed with care and transparency.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY:
Maya Kriem respects the privacy of all participants. Personal information shared at the time of booking or during the Immersion—such as contact details, medical information, or travel documents—is collected only for the purpose of organising and facilitating the program. This information will be kept confidential, stored securely, and never shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to support the smooth and safe running of the Immersion (for example, with accommodation providers or travel partners).
The reflections, stories, and experiences shared by participants within the Immersion space are also held with deep respect and confidentiality. This sacred trust is part of the container we create together.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
At times, photographs or short video clips may be taken during the Immersion to capture the beauty of the journey. These may be used with care for future sharing—such as on the Maya Kriem website, in newsletters, or on social media—to offer others a glimpse of the experience.
We honour and respect your privacy. If you prefer not to appear in any photos or recordings, please let us know at the beginning of the Immersion and your wishes will be fully honoured. Where participants request not to be shown, we may edit, blur, or cover faces to ensure they are not personally identifiable.
Upon registering for the Immersion, you are welcome to let us know whether you consent to appear in images and videos, including whether you are comfortable with non-identifiable appearances (such as from behind, in group scenes, or with your face obscured).

ASSURANCES:
